A significant portion of our client base is US-based, and this overlap is essential for client communication, escalation handling, and team coverage.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Project Manager / PM Team Lead to lead a global team of Project Managers and oversee delivery health across a portfolio of ecommerce clients.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining:
You’ll serve as a senior operational leader within the organization — helping PMs succeed, ensuring delivery quality remains high, and supporting strategic US-based client relationships.
This role reports directly to the Director of Service Delivery.
