eCommerce migration services onto Magento and ISKRA

Migrate from Shopify, BigCommerce or Magento 1 onto ISKRA, built on Magento, with SEO and data carried across. Builds from $25,000, financing available.

Overview

We handle eCommerce platform migration and replatforming from Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento 1 and older Magento 2 builds onto ISKRA, our eCommerce platform built on Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce, with your SEO, content and data carried across. It's for US retailers and manufacturers who have outgrown SaaS fees or an aging build. ISKRA builds start at $25,000, the subscription covering hosting, patches and upgrades starts at $1,500 a month, and the build can be financed over one to three years.

What we do

What you get

A plan before the move

We map your products, customers, orders, content and URLs before anything is migrated, so nothing gets left behind.

SEO that comes with you

Every old URL is mapped and redirected, and we watch Search Console after launch.

A tested starting point

ISKRA starts from a core that already handles catalog, cart, checkout, payments and shipping, so your budget goes on what makes your store different.

A launch in weeks, not months

An ISKRA store can launch in as little as one month.

Costs you can plan

Published starting prices, a build you can finance over one to three years, and a subscription that covers the upgrades too.

How we work

How it works

Most merchants are told to pick one: rent a SaaS platform and live with someone else's pricing and roadmap, or build your own and start a new project every time something needs updating. ISKRA is built so you don't have to choose. You start from a tested core on Magento, own the code, and pay one monthly price for hosting, patches and upgrades.

Where you're moving from

  • Shopify or BigCommerce: when fees, apps and workarounds cost more than owning the store.
  • Magento 1: a rebuild on a supported platform.
  • An older Magento 2 build: moving an existing store to ISKRA is a rebuild, priced from the package floor.

What it costs

  • ISKRA Express: build from $25,000; subscription from $1,500 a month
  • ISKRA B2C: build from $35,000; subscription from $1,500 a month
  • ISKRA B2B: build from $45,000; subscription from $2,000 a month

The build can be financed over one to three years. Subscriptions run for one, two or three years.

The replatforming checklist

What to decide before you move: the platform, the data, the integrations, the URLs and the launch.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an eCommerce migration cost, and can we spread the cost?

ISKRA builds start at $25,000 (Express), $35,000 (B2C) and $45,000 (B2B), and yes, the build can be financed over one to three years. The subscription starts at $1,500 a month.

How long does an eCommerce replatform project take?

An ISKRA store can launch in as little as one month. Big catalogs, integrations and custom features add time, and you get a timeline after the free assessment.

What should an eCommerce replatforming checklist include?

The platform decision, the data that moves, the integrations to rebuild, a URL and redirect map, and a launch plan. Our checklist walks through each one.

Will we lose our search rankings when we migrate?

Rankings follow the pages when every URL is mapped and redirected and the content comes across. That's part of every migration, and we watch Search Console after launch.

Should we migrate to Adobe Commerce or Magento Open Source?

ISKRA runs on either. Adobe Commerce adds licensed features; Open Source has no license fee. We'll look at which features you'd actually use and give you the cost of each.

What data carries over when we migrate?

Products, categories, customers, order history and content pages all move to the new store, along with your URLs: every old address is mapped to its new one with a 301 redirect, so links and rankings follow. Customer passwords are the exception when you leave Shopify or BigCommerce, because neither platform lets anyone export them. We work with you to send those customers a password recovery email at launch. From Magento 1 or an older Magento 2, passwords carry over. Anything we can't move, such as data held in a third-party app, we list in the plan before the work starts.
