Website Development Project Manager - eCommerce

We are looking for a Website Development Project Manager to work directly with clients to accomplish their weekly website support and maintenance tasks. This is a virtual/work-from-home position. Applicants residing in the US or Canada are invited to apply.

Job Description:

• Implements web solutions by monitoring project progress; tracking action items; conducting design and implementation reviews; examining, researching, and resolving issues; escalating issues to appropriate resources; responding to team members' concerns; coordinating requirements with interested departments.
• Assures quality Web solutions by developing and completing test plans; maintaining project and technical documentation.
• Offers strategic eCommerce insights for technology, business, and operational initiatives based on client vision and needs
• Provides project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Operates as part of a project team with ongoing communication of project updates, roadblocks, and opportunities.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Staying in direct contact with clients via project management tools and regular video calls
• Ongoing communication with developers and client team via our messaging tools
• Active management of project tickets using our ticket management software
• Working with clients to develop an eCommerce roadmap
• Configuring stores in Magento 2.x
• Helping clients with the administration of their stores
• Testing stores and features
• Assisting clients with eCommerce tools (e.g., product feeds)

Job Type:

Required:

• Experience with Magento - ideally certified
• Experience with eCommerce platforms in general
• Experience using project management software
