Magento 2 upgrades for Open Source and Adobe Commerce, planned and priced before work starts. Adobe supports each version for about three years.
We run Magento 2 upgrade services for Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce stores, moving them to a supported version with the work planned and priced before it starts. Adobe supports each version for about three years, so this comes round every few years: 2.4.4 and 2.4.5 are already out of support, and extended support for 2.4.6 ends in August 2027. HyperCare clients get the upgrade planned ahead, and on ISKRA upgrades are in the subscription. Upgrades are quoted after the free assessment.
We check your version against Adobe's support windows and put the upgrade on the calendar before patches stop.
The version gap, extensions and custom code are reviewed first, so the quote reflects your store, not a guess.
Extensions are updated or replaced, and custom code is changed to work on the new version.
We upgrade stores another agency built, after we've assessed the code.
Every Magento version has a limited support window. When it closes, security patches stop, and on most builds the upgrade turns into a project with its own budget. We'd rather you saw it coming. We tell you where your version stands, plan the upgrade while you're still covered, and price it before any work starts.
On HyperCare, we plan your next upgrade ahead and quote it. On ISKRA, upgrades of the ISKRA core are part of the subscription, so your store doesn't age into a project.
It depends on the version gap, your extensions and your custom code, so we quote it after the free assessment.
It depends on the version gap, your extensions and your custom code, so the timeline comes with the quote. We do the upgrade on a staging copy of your store and test it there first, then switch over at a time you pick, so your live store keeps trading while the work happens.
The core upgrade, extension updates or replacements, and changes to your custom code.
Yes. We assess the code first, then plan and price the upgrade.
It depends on the version. Adobe lists PHP 8.1 and 8.2 for 2.4.6, 8.2 and 8.3 for 2.4.7, 8.3 and 8.4 for 2.4.8, and 8.5 for 2.4.9. A Magento upgrade often means a PHP upgrade on the server too, so we plan the two together.
See the table above. 2.4.4 and 2.4.5 are out of support, and extended support for 2.4.6 ends in August 2027.
Tell us what's going on with your store. We'll look at it and tell you what's broken, what's at risk and what it will cost to fix, before you commit to anything.
