Build and run it

Magento support services for US retailers and manufacturers

Magento and Adobe Commerce support from $1,500 a month: security patches, PCI work, 24/7/365 monitoring and 10 hours of work. First assessment free.

Overview

HyperCare is our Magento support and maintenance plan for Magento and Adobe Commerce stores: security patches and PCI compliance work, monitoring with 24/7/365 coverage, a ticket system, a staging environment and a team that knows your code. It's for merchants whose agency moved on, or who want one team for the long run, including stores we didn't build. The base plan starts at $1,500 a month with 10 hours of work included, and the first assessment is free.

What we do

What you get

Free assessment

We review the code, hosting, extensions, patch level and Magento version, and give you a written list of what's broken, what's at risk and what it costs to fix. There's no charge for it.

Takeover

We take over stores another agency built, keep what works and fix what doesn't, so the store is stable before anything new gets built.

Security patches and PCI

Adobe and Magento security patches are applied as they're released, and PCI compliance work is part of the plan.

Monitoring, 24/7/365

We watch the store around the clock, every day of the year.

A team that knows your code

A ticket system, a staging environment, your code in our repository and regular reviews of where the store is heading.

Planned upgrades

Every Magento version has a limited support window. We plan your upgrade before the patches stop and price it up front.

How we work

How HyperCare works

Most stores reach us in one of three ways. The agency that built it stopped doing Magento or stopped answering. The store runs, but nobody is really looking after it. Or the Magento version underneath it has run out of road. We start with a free assessment, fix what's urgent, then look after the store on a monthly plan.

  • The plan: the base plan includes 10 hours of work a month and starts at $1,500. Bigger plans include more hours.
  • Beyond the plan: quoted as time and materials, so you know what you're paying for before the work starts.
  • Hosting: not part of HyperCare. Move to hosting we manage and you get full ISKRA support; stay on your own host and HyperCare covers everything else.
  • When to rebuild: some stores are better rebuilt than rescued. When that's the case we'll tell you, and ISKRA is usually where they land.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Magento support and maintenance cost, and what's included?

The base HyperCare plan is $1,500 a month and includes 10 hours of work, security patches, PCI work, monitoring with 24/7/365 coverage, a ticket system, staging, your code in our repository and regular reviews. Bigger plans include more hours. Anything beyond the plan is quoted as time and materials.

Will you take over a store another agency built, and what happens to their code?

Yes. We assess it first, then move the code into our repository and take over support. You keep the code; we keep what works and fix what doesn't.

How do you handle Magento PCI compliance and security patches?

Both are in HyperCare. Patches are applied as they're released and every store on the plan has a staging environment.

Do you host Magento stores?

Yes, inside ISKRA, our platform. We don't sell hosting on its own. If you stay with your current host, HyperCare covers everything except the hosting.

What are your support hours and response times?

Coverage is 24/7/365.

How long is a HyperCare contract?

HyperCare is contracted for one, two or three years, the same terms as an ISKRA subscription. Your plan includes 10 hours of work a month, and anything beyond that is quoted as time and materials.

Not sure where to start?
The first assessment is free.

Tell us what's going on with your store. We'll look at it and tell you what's broken, what's at risk and what it will cost to fix, before you commit to anything.
