We want ironplane.com to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, screen magnification or voice control.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG is the standard most often used to judge whether a website is accessible under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Before this site launched, we tested every page with automated tools, axe-core and Google Lighthouse, and fixed what they found. That included adding text descriptions to images and titles to embedded videos, removing empty links, and fixing text that didn't stand out enough from its background. Automated tools catch only some of the problems people run into, so we also rely on you to tell us when something doesn't work.
If any part of the site is hard to use, email support@ironplane.com and tell us the page and what went wrong. We'll reply within 5 business days. If you need information from the site in another way, we'll send it to you by email.
