Kuba Zwolinski Named to Magento Association Board of Directors

Magento Association

We are so pleased to announce that IronPlane’s very own Kuba Zwolinski has been named to the Magento Association Board of Directors.  This inaugural group was chosen by the Magento Association Task Force earlier this month.

In 2018, the task force set out on a community listening tour with a mission in mind.  The goal was to create an independent, nonprofit trade association.  The 8 members of this inaugural board were chosen from more than 100 applicants.  The board is comprised of a diverse group with a variety of backgrounds including agents, technology providers, and merchants.  The vision of the Association is “an open, healthy and powerful Magento ecosystem for continued success of future generations.”  It is a very exciting honor to have had Kuba chosen to fill the role of Vice Chair of this esteemed group.

The Magento Association is dedicated to fostering and supporting technology projects, community events, training and education, and online collaboration.  Magento’s community has a long history of supporting collaborative programs and hosting events across the world.  The Magento Association will build upon this tradition of training and support to further the vision of the Association.

Kuba is our Chief of Operations for EAMA (Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Asia) and the CEO of Snowdog.  Having Kuba on the board will give us some additional insight into what is happening in the Magento world.  We are looking forward to using what we learn from the Magento Association to better support our clients.

Congratulations, once again, to Kuba!
